DIRECTIONS TO ELMORE & THROOP OFFICES

From ANNAPOLIS area:

Take Rt. 50 East to Rt. 2 towards Baltimore and travel Rt. 2 North to Cypress Creek Road (turn left). Follow Cypress Creek Road to the stop sign and turn right onto Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard (Rt. 648). Take the immediate left onto Evergreen Road and then right onto Holly Avenue. Follow Holly Avenue to the end. Turn left onto Riggs Avenue. Elmore & Throop is located at 5 Riggs Avenue (at the corner of Riggs and Holly Avenues).

From BOWIE & WASHINGTON, D.C. area:

Take Rt. 50 East towards Annapolis to Interstate 97 North (or you can stay on Rt. 50 until you see Rt.2 North and follow the above directions). Follow I 97 north to Exit 10, Benfield Boulevard (towards Severna Park). Travel Benfield Boulevard until you reach Severna Park High School and turn right at the traffic light onto Evergreen Road. Turn left onto Riggs Avenue at Severn School sign, travel about one tenth of a mile to parking lot on right. Elmore & Throop is located at 5 Riggs Avenue (corner of Riggs and Holly Avenues).

From BALTIMORE and points north:

Take Interstate 97 South to Exit 10, Benfield Blvd. (Severna Park). Follow signs for Severna Park. Travel Benfield Boulevard until you reach Severna Park High School and turn right at the traffic light onto Evergreen Road. Turn left onto Riggs Avenue at Severn School sign, travel about one tenth of a mile to parking lot on right. Elmore & Throop is located at 5 Riggs Avenue (corner of Riggs and Holly Avenues). From Harford County area - take I 95 West to 695 South towards Essex - cross the Key Bridge and then take I 97 South and follow above directions from Baltimore.

From COLUMBIA:

Take Rt. 32 East to Interstate 97 North to Benfield Blvd. (Severna Park). Follow directions as above for Baltimore.

From EASTERN SHORE:

Take Rt. 50 West to Rt. 2 North. Travel Rt. 2 North to Cypress Creek Road (left). Follow Cypress Creek Road to the stop sign and turn right onto Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard (Rt. 648). Take left onto Evergreen Rd. and then right onto Holly Ave. Follow Holly Avenue to end. Turn left onto Riggs Av.. We are located at 5 Riggs Ave. (corner of Riggs and Holly).
