Review, draft and amend Association governing documents including Declaration, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Resolutions. Handle appellate work as necessary. Assist in supervision of staff.
12/01 to 12/03 - Associate - Elmore & Associates, P.A.- Handled collection matters for community associations including appearance in state District Court . Drafted, amended and interpreted community association covenants, declarations and bylaws. Advised clients on architectural control, use restrictions, election procedures and other matters. The law firm is now known as Elmore & Throop, P.C.
